In exchange, Contributor grants Helix + Kernal a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to index, serve, and sub-license compacted artifacts across the network and Enterprise tiers ($25k-$250k/yr), while Contributor receives deterministic on-ledger royalties: 70% Producer / 30% Protocol on Compacted Knowledge Packs & Bonded Skills, 50% Producer / 30% Verifier / 20% Burn on Snippets & Traces, 70/30 upstream citation cascades, Heft (H_v0) reputation weight, and ~2.5x Genesis KRNL bootstrap multiplier allocations.\n\n4.
